So today I was a first time customer of ReNew, A New Age Spa and I cannot express how absolutely thrilled I am will my massage and with Heather the owner!!! \r\n\r\nI had called last week to inquire about a SPA Finder gift certificate that I had received in 2007, yes 2007! Not only does Renew accept them (one of the few in the area) but Heather without delay informed me about the specials that she was running for the month; and I gladly booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage.\r\n\r\nI arrived and Heather promptly greeted me and had me fill out paper work, discussed my areas of concern and the pressure I wanted. Heather listened to everything intently and applied exactly the perfect amount of pressure to my body. She checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure I was relaxed, comfortable and the pressure was the right amount. \r\n\r\nAfter my 90 minutes, I got to chat a little bit with Heather. She gladly did so as she took my payment; she was friendly, easy-going, personable and all around very knowledgeable about a multitude of relaxation techniques and healing treatments. I was so happy with my massage, the energy Heather had, the relaxation and immediate relief that I rebooked with Heather & Renew for next week!! Thank you again for an amazing time!\r\n\r\n~Brie”
